Terrible communication, made an appointment at certain time and when I walked in there was another 3 people ahead of me.I think lack of English is the... problem in this salon because when I asked where the restroom is nobody understood what I was asking. Couldn't imagine explaining my haircut.It will be helpful if they mention Spanish speaking customers only Show more

Thank you, I appreciate your opinion…but I think that in one case he was right, in others he was not. The people who were there do speak English. There was just poor communication.
