This was the first time my 11 year old son came to see Zay. He was personable, attentive, and professional. He was working on Christmas Eve!, which I ...was impressed by because it speaks to his work ethic and commitment to serving his clients. The shop is also clean and conveniently located. Kid needs lots of work in his craft and professionalism. Was charged $35 for a lineup—not a full haircut, only for my “edges” to be cut improperly and... masked by enhancements, my hairline to be cut deeply all over leaving numerous scabs, and was left with a slanted hairline and unaligned sidebars. Asked for issues to be corrected in the chair only to be cut and in pain so I ended the appointment. Reached out on the side to express my frustration days later only to met with complacency and disrespect, hence the public review. Show more
