Nicole's professionalism speaks volumes. Everything about this same day appointment was excellent. I am glad she was able to take me last minute. I am... attending a Winter wedding tomorrow and Nicole got me together. I recommended her to another wedding attendee and she is taking their appt. early before the ceremony tomorrow. The environment is family oriented. You can always count on a good experience from everyone in the shop. Book with her, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be back. Show more

If I could give her negative stars I would. Idk what method this was, what YouTube videos were watched, what reels were seen to come up with this meth...od but THIS is and was a HOT mess. Not only did it take her all day to do this foolishness, but she had the nerve to charge me $140 for this mess. I paid it because it was the right thing to do, but really she shouldn’t have gotten a dime. I asked her how long this should stay up and she said a month. The next day braids were falling out! I let her know and she sent me this long text with a whole lot of nothing… she offered a partial refund, but of course I have yet to see it. You have been warned… stay far, far away! Show more

* * THIS REVIEW was booked under a LOC RETWIST ** which was never performed because she missed her appointment. To those who read this review. I apologize I would never neglect a clients hair. I stayed in communication with the client and never ignored her. Markisha is a loc retwist client who has had five star appointments, told me by text how much she enjoys my service. Markisha asked me to do crochet braids on her daughter. I sent the refund and Markisha has pretended as if she did not receive it. I apologize profusely if you did not receive it. I ask for you to be truthful in the situation. I asked Markisha and her daughter if the style was okay, was it tight enough and they both said yes. If you are publishing this review please publish the actual text messages between you and I where I offered a solution, always stayed in contact, let you know I had been away from the shop due to my father being in the hospital,please publish our past interactions where you were happy, please publish how many times I've rearranged times for you, how many times I was available outside of business hours. It is sad as a Black Woman that you publish none of the good interactions, but took the time to publish the one bad interaction. You be blessed.

Reg Wash,Loc Retwist adult(long length)

I’ve only gone to her twice so far and I plan to keep her! She gets in a groove and knocks out a retwist in no time, and is a perfectionist about the ...finished product and will not let you leave the chair until she is satisfied. She does not try to talk you into extras to line her pockets, she genuinely cares about your hair’s health and her prices are reasonable. The shop interior is slightly dated and it’s in area I don’t frequent often, but it has an at home feel and the other stylists there are down-to-earth and have a rapport with each other that not every shop has. Where ever Mescha goes, I’ll follow. 😉 Show more
