Chad was amazing. This is our new favorite place. Plus my two boys loved it.
For months, my 4-year-old had been excitedly mentioning his desire for a mohawk. Recently, we decided to make it happen and took him to the salon. Mr.... Chad was incredibly attentive, sensing my son's nervousness, and he patiently crafted the mohawk. I'm impressed with Mr. Chad's care, and we'll certainly return for my son's future haircuts. I came in a couple Fridays ago (April 7th), I got my haircut by Chad. He asked me what I do on the sides, I said a 1 and blend it and then just use sc...issors on top to cut off a little. He literally took the 1 guard all the way up. I mean you can clearly just look at my hair and follow the trend. I can tell the other 2 gentleman who worked there knew what they were doing as they were taking their time with the fades. I got in at 1:59 and I was back in my car at 2:14 ( that should tell you everything). Chad didn't charge me for the haircut and I'm not someone who looks for handouts but that's how bad it was. My suggestion would be to talk to your client, ask them how they want their hair cut, go through what you're going to do, ask any questions you have so there's no confusion and spend time with your client making sure it's good and you both agree with the hair cut that is about to take place, rushing through a hair appointment isn't good business and you should want your clients feeling confident when they leave, not wanting to put a hat on and not see anyone. I may let one of the other gentleman cut my hair in the future but for now I'm going to hold off. Slow down Chad, take your time, talk to your client, and make sure you are BOTH on the same page before you start buzzing someone's hair. I wish this shop all the best and hopefully they speak to Chad about slowing things down and worry about quality. Show more
