I like the service at this nail salon because the Technicians are skillful and will provide what you request. I will say this I like to make an appoin...tment at an establishment where you can see the technician you request but, My only upset is when I cannot see the technician I request or cannot be accommodated after having an appointment. Ben: I love all his work! He is very sociable. I love that and he is also about business, I’ve seen him handle some situations and he was very respectful about them. Cece: I also love her work! She’s attentive detail! I also go between her and Ben When he is busy! Anna: I had the pleasure of encountering Anna and she too was very sociable and I will also be trying her on one of my return visits. I like to have options when it comes to being serviced and it seems as though they all can do what is requested. I gave them five stars because they do very good work and work to accommodate their clients to make sure they get what they want when they come into Nail Reflections. $$-$$$ Show more

He is absolutely wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend his services. You know, how finding the right person to trust with your nails is tough? Well, Ben is definitely our guy! 🙌 Here's the thing: my nails have lasted a stunning six weeks! Yes, you read that right. Six incredible weeks of perfect nails, as fresh as they were on day one! Not only is he very meticulous and professional, but he also provides fast service - a perfect combination if you ask me. The salon environment exhibits cleanliness like no other. It’s satisfyingly clean - trust me, it's a delightful sight. I’m writing this review because it’s important for businesses to understand that kindness should not be mistaken for weakness. My first experience sho...uld have been a warning that this establishment prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I scheduled an appointment but was kept waiting for an hour, only to be rushed through my service once I was finally attended to. During my second visit, I encountered further issues. When I politely requested corrections to my nails, it became a problem. I never asked for a refund—only that the additional amount I paid be applied to my friend’s service. Instead, I was told that 30 minutes of the technician’s time had been wasted, despite my patience in waiting without complaint. To make matters worse, the owner’s wife exhibited an unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. While the owner himself shows potential, his lack of understanding and consideration for customers ultimately makes that potential meaningless.
