I have been going to Cece since 2018. Her lashes are amazing, they last!! She’s very talented and absolutely on top of her game. She’s also been highl...ighting my hair for the last six years and my bright blonde hair is very LONG because she’s so knowledgeable to keep it healthy. I drive an hour each way to see her. 100% worth it! It’s scary to try a new artist I know, but love yourself and trust Cece. When that happened Chelene immediately took me on for doing my hair. At this point in time, I have no desire to have another hairdresser handle my hair. Chelene knows exactly what my hair needs are.
