Booked an appointment online which said I would be set up with Michelle, I instead got PT. I’ve seen decent reviews about him so I wasn’t too worried ...but that was a mistake. I came in with a reference photo of cheetah print French tip nails which he insisted he could do and told me he did not need me to keep the photo up, but this is what I left with. This looks nothing like cheetah print, and the line of the French tip is not even straight and very noticeable, especially on my middle finger. He said, “red bleeds, I can make it thicker,” as if that would solve anything. They had the audacity to charge me $80 for something that I could have done myself. I immediately left and went to fashion nails down the street for them to redo my paint. Had he just told me that he was not capable of doing the design then I would have simply gone for something different and less difficult for him, but to blatantly lie and leave my hands looking like this is ridiculous. Of course they refuse to refund any portion of services, so I simply do not recommend. Show more
