Absolutely phenomenal service. Professional, quick, and super personable. I absolutely loved sitting in her chair and feeling so welcome and included.... Very impressed and more importantly, extremely happy with my end results. Went in for a retwist with about two months of new growth. She was able to wrangle all my loose hairs together and produce a beautiful, well crafted retwist. That makes my scalp feel amazing and gives me peace of mind. Hard to find this level of quality and precision anywhere else within this cost range. It is a crime that Shaniel isn’t charging more for the wash and retwist. I would happily pay more $$ for this level of craftsmanship and expertise. Show more
