Jessie was very kind and welcoming. I got knotless boho braids which were done nicely. My only negative is the hair provided. The braiding hair is fin...e, it does make me itchy (could just be me) but the real problem was the curly hair. I was told it would be human hair but this hair tangled and napped up by the next day and is very very crunchy. I’ve tried moisturizing and gently untangling but it seems to make it worse. So the braids look nice but over all style looks a little rough because of the matted-ness of the curls. Nonetheless, I’d still come back and recommend to friends, just advise to either bring your own curly hair for boho or get just braids because they are holding very well. Show more

Jessie does amazing work! Within minutes of my booking, she contacted me to get more details about my service. Upon arrival she was welcoming and warm.... Her space was clean and quiet. I asked for small box braids and she did exactly what I wanted. She gave me recommendations for products to use for my style. I’m tender-headed and her braids are neat and not too tight. I’ve gotten very disappointed when I’ve returned home . Asked for small knotless braids but came out with medium to large parts I don’t think it was w...orth $250 at all I wish my parts were as shown in the picture I gave but i came out with something totally opposite. I don’t feel like my style is going to last and the ends are half done .My husband had to tell me that it doesn’t look good. Show more

Hello ma'am. Sorry if you're disappointed. But this is literally the same size on the picture. Can you take a better photo of your hair like the model, and how long it is?? Nothing close to medium to large size. I made sure which one you wanted between Xsmall and small, and you chose small .

Prior to my appointment, I provided Jessie with a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. I was a bit skeptical when there was a 30 minute time change but ...once there, it was clean, quiet and peaceful. Her gentle braiding was relaxing and I even nodded off a few times. The final result was way better than I hoped! I will be going back! Show more
