One of the worst barbershop I came across. I booked haircut and beard trim appointment with Hank as per booking app booksy because I need last minute ...haircut before my vacation. I went to my appointment on time hoping for hank to cut my hair however when I went inside they didn’t ask me anything and just told me to seat and get haircut by person next to him. I thought he is still cutting hair for person before me so I thought I will be next. However I just sat on chair and I just get to know my hair cut will be done by person who I didn’t book with. The atmosphere is great but they were not welcoming to maybe new customers or clients. The person who did haircut and beard trim didn’t even clean up with razor or anything. I wasted my time money going to this place. They only take cash and that’s don’t even mention on their website or booking app. I recommend going to Harbs in north royalton instead of here Ken and his team are more welcoming than this place.
