First of all, she listens ...to what you want and will also make recommendations as. needed. And secondly, she got me in quickly once I contacted her. I had my braids done there today and I could not have been more pleased. And when I got home, my husband's compliments said it all! She even managed to squeeze me in at the last minute, which I greatly appreciated. What really impressed me was Elaine's exceptional skill in working with my short hair. It can be challenging to find a stylist who knows how to manage short hair, and I was a little worried after my big chop and not finding someone that would be able to work with short hair but Elaine exceeded my expectations!! When I saw the final result, I was blown away! My hair turned out even better than I had imagined!!
