Hello ,I wanted to address the concerns you raised. Your original appointment was on November 27, and you just reached out to me about 3 1/2 weeks later. As a professional, I can only address issues within 48 hours after the service. When you came back after the initial appointment, I specifically asked about your daughter’s hair, and you mentioned that it was fine, though you had just taken it out right before our appointment. This “issue” wasn’t brought to my attention until last Thursday, which was quite a delay.I did receive your message last Thursday and responded, letting you know that I was unavailable on Friday due to my graduation and would be happy to reschedule your appointment. Regarding the payment issue from the last appointment, I want to clarify that the delay in payment (which was two hours after the service) was never a concern for me. If it had been, I would have expressed that at the time.Today, I was in the middle of appointments with two clients and wasn’t able to check my phone. I have a son and a busy schedule, and I prefer to focus on my clients during their appointments. I make it a point to respond to messages once I am done.I don’t mind putting the beads back in, as I mentioned last Thursday, but I do charge an additional fee for beads since I purchase them for each appointment. Given that this request is coming almost a month after the original appointment, I’d appreciate your understanding that this additional fee applies. Best regards, Kristen
