Good morning as discussed privately, I do my best to be on time, but some days I may run behind. In this case, I was running late due to a previous client arriving late. I saw your son at the door and asked him to give me a moment, but I never had a conversation with you directly because you didn’t come speak to me. The client in my chair was another child whose appointment was before yours. You left without any communication, and I finished the prior appointment about 15 minutes past. I was fully prepared to accommodate the inconvenience. In my booking system, after an appointment’s scheduled time, I can only mark it as ‘paid’ or a ‘no-show.’ Since you left, it was marked as a no-show, but no charge was applied to your account. I couldn’t cancel it after the fact. I did block you from future bookings because there was no direct communication, and I prefer not to work with clients who are rude or disrespectful. Your message that you sent to me at 6am only reinforces that decision. Professionalism is a two-way street in my business. I’m sorry for any inconvenience and wish you a blessed day. 💙
