Booked for a Pedicure and this is what I got: The operating hours say they work on Saturdays. So, I made my reservation last week and they canceled i...t because they weren't open. Then they offered me the service for the following Saturday. I arrive at the salon and there's no one there. Not even an email of cancellation or anything. I call Rosaly and she tells me, "Oh, I am sorry, we couldn't go today." It's disrespectful not to respect other people's time. Worst service ever. Show more

I received a haircut from Law and I enjoyed the process he took. He made sure he understood what I wanted, we spoke about my type of hair and I actual...ly some new things about my hair thanks to him (he definitely knows how to do a skin fade!). He takes his time based on what he observes about your hair to ensure you get the cut you want. He also did a wash and deep conditioner. The room that he is in needs better lighting to ensure he can see when he is cutting, but he brought a light with him thankfully. Show more
