Professional! 100% customer service! Educational! She's been doing my hair for almost 7 years! I reached out to Mrs. Tina, the day before because I w...asn't sure what hair to purchase. So I wouldn't buy the wrong hair she suggested when I arrive at my appointment "we" would go to the beauty salon that's less than a mile from the salon. Mrs. Tina asked the sales clerk all the right questions to get the perfect hair for me. I also noticed she opened the package to check the texture of the hair before purchasing the hair. Back at the salon, this is my first time getting a quick weave bob, Mrs. Tina answered all my questions through the process. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I even texted her later that evening to let her know - I love my new hairstyle!! Show more
