Really disappointed to say the least. My hair was not done by TT, but she did accept my call to attempt to rectify the situation, by there is NO WAY I... should have needed to redo the front of my hair myself. I’m not a professional, but even a blind man can see how sloppy it was. Red shirt images: immediately after the appointment Teal shirt images: AFTER Spending 4 hours to redo it myself!!! Pictures are worth a thousand words. Although my experience was not top notch, TTs customer service surely was!!! She accepted my calls and messages and was very apologetic. She wants to make sure all clients are happy and I have to admit, due to her customer service, and responsiveness, most of my irritation has subsided Show more
