This review is based on the booking process the lack of professionalism when keeping appointmentsā€¦ initially I scheduled the appointment on the app ā€¦ ...I was immediately contacted stating the calendar was not correct and I needed to reschedule .. I we agreed on a date and time.. again 24 hours later I was contacted requesting a reschedule because she had an ā€œ appointmentā€ with Parks .. I initially was going to settle for a refund of my deposit . As this was already a preview of what would be our future interactions but she was very apologetic and I understand things come up. On the day of our appointment I contacted her requesting to come in later in turn she offered mobile services and agreed to come to my house at 10:30ā€¦ well at 11:45 I reach out to her because .. itā€™s almost 2 hours later .. this person tells me sheā€™s stressed because her car got booted and sheā€™s calling an a Uber only to follow up with can we reschedule For next weekā€¦ I say no and ask if I can arrive by 12:00 how long will it take.. sheā€™s says 4:30 done.. now I have to get to her almost 45 min away and at 12:50 she texts me she has another app at 4 can we reschedule .. no thank you may I have a refund and this person says no and starts taking about a non existing policy .. smhā€¦ I normally donā€™t leave negative reviews but this persons lack of professionalism.. and allowing her personal business to interfere with clients.. letā€™s just say.. 2 reviews ā€¦ I shouldā€™ve went with my instincts .. there a reason for that Good luck to anyone who books with her .. obviously she has a lot going on.. I have a 15 min late appointment POLICY ! Please read carefully before booking with me ! EVEN AFTER YOU LETTING ME KNOW YOU WILL BE AN HOUR LATE I TRIED TO ACCOMMODATE YOU BUT STILL TRIED COMING LATE WHEN I HAVE OTHER APPOINTMENTS !!! When the hate doesnā€™t work they start telling lies ! Good luck sweetheart you not stopping nothing over hereeee ! YOU THINK YOUR BAD REVIEW CAN STOP PEOPLE FROM BOOKING ME šŸ˜‚ you didnā€™t come @12 you it was literallys 12:51pm and I had to text you about rescheduling due to me having other appointments šŸ˜˜ There is a policy literally there before booking boo .. you were late admit it and stop being bitter! Youā€™re so pressed šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
