I wanted to wait until my cuticles healed before I submitted a review. I’m glad I did because I still love my nails after the fact! This was my first ...experience getting a Russian mani/pedi and I’m glad I did. It is a little painful (depending on your tolerance, mine is med lol) but I think it’s based on need. I gave up on nail shops after the pandemic and basically only allowed those shops to apply gel polish and that’s it. My cuticles needed the care that they received and I couldn’t be happier. Svetlana was kind while still working diligently and the staff was so thorough and friendly, can’t wait to go back! Show more

I had an amazing first Russian mani and pedi! The attention to detail was impressive, and the massage chair was so relaxing. The salon was clean, and ...my technician April was friendly and skilled. They even offered delicious snacks and an assortment of drinks, which added a unique touch to the experience. This level of pampering is something I've never had before. My nails look stunning, and I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend! Show more

I found out this place through Instagram and wanted to experience a Russian pedicure as I had never had one before. The place was easy to find and the... front desk person was nice and got me checked in. I scheduled an appointment with Alina and the color I chose was milk. I was offered beverages and snacks which was a nice touch. The process took about an hour and a half. I've gotten a Russian manicure before (not at this location) so the process was just about the same: very meticulous with the cuticle care. It is different than a standard pedicure where I missed the massage and lotion at the end but all in all I would return again. Spasibo! Show more

First time trying a Russian Pedicure. It’s on the higher end, but if you’re willing to compromise extra money for a good quality service, by all means.... I tend to get pedicures every 2 weeks and they range from 55-70. The tech who assisted me suggested for me to come back in 4-6 weeks so it will compensate (girl math) lol. Anyways, I loved it! My toes look amazing, my feet feel smooth, and most importantly, I was treated with kindness and respect as customer which I value! Thanks again, see you soon NewLook. Show more
