I had an amazing appointment with Ms Diamond. She was early and on time. She’s very knowledgeable and to the point. I enjoyed the fact that she was ve...ry friendly and considerate. I have very coarse hair and she really worked the relaxer through my hair making sure my hair processed it well. Usually my hair doesn’t fully take to well the relaxer but it definitely did today . During my deep conditioning she open my hair Follicles first with warm water and rinse the conditioner with cool water to lock in the moisture. I also appreciated how she used a heated conditioning cap for the conditioner instead of a dryer. So that the conditioner can deeply penetrate. This the first time I’ve seen a stylist used this cap. I was very impressed . With the relaxer she rinse my hair very thoroughly. My hairline goes far down my neck and into my face and she really took her time to make sure the relaxer was fully rinsed out my hair and using the right technique and motion to to massage the relaxer out of my scalp. When she washes hair, You really feel a clean scalp afterwards. She’s really gets in there when she’s shampooing. I was nervous coming because my hair was very damaged and some areas tangled. But she made me feel very comfortable. She didn’t judge me or criticize me for allowing my hair to get to where it was. She’s very down to earth and relatable. She offers complimentary snacks and water which I appreciated. She’s a perfectionist when it comes to her art. She made sure no hair strand was left out of place. She gave me an amazing transformation. I love my new haircut ❤️. I’m so happy to have found her. Her prices are very reasonable, she’s definitely the real deal. When she’s doing your hair , she has full concern on her work. She’s not on the phone or has her attention somewhere else, in and out. Which I’ve experienced from many stylists over the years. She’s very detailed oriented when it comes to her craft. She’s truly enjoys what she does. She has growing hands and has a portfolio to prove it. Not only are her customers hair in healthy shape, her children and family members all have long, thick healthy hair as a result of her dedication, care, and hard work. Which definitely impressed me! I have to say Diamond did a spectacular job on my hair. For this to be my first experience it was amazing. The establishment was peaceful, comfortable... and clean. Everyone was nice and engaging. I love my silk press! It’s been a while since I got a good SILK press so I was a little nervous on how the outcome would be. In the past no one could get my hair bone straight but LET ME TELL YOU, diamond got my hair silky, shiny and most important healthy and i absolutely love it!
