Been in the spa industry 20 years, I come here for the great service from Nancy and clean salon and implements. Very conveniently located, always find... parking on the side of building. I enjoy the paraffin pedicures here, hot stone foot massage, and color selection. Show more

My search for a reliable lash esthetician in the Kent/Auburn area led me to Posh Nail & Spa, formerly known as Lashes & Nails. After years of commutin...g to Burien for my lash appointments, I was optimistic about finding a local gem. However, my experience at Posh Nail & Spa fell short of expectations. Despite the hefty price tag of $95 plus a $5 tip for lashes, the quality did not meet expectations. Within 24 hours, some of the lashes fell off, prompting me to return the next day. While the customer service was acceptable, the explanations provided by Julie, the lash technician, were unsatisfactory. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she offered excuses, citing the absence of a single hair on my lashes as the reason for the fallout. As a client seeking to enhance my lashes, I expected solutions rather than excuses. It's worth noting that Julie's lash experience is limited, having only a year of experience from Vietnam. The price of $90 or more should be based on the technician experience which Julie is clearly lacking. Unfortunately, my search for a reliable lash salon in the Kent/Auburn area continues. I may even consider returning to Burien if necessary. Overall, my experience at Posh Nail & Spa was disappointing. Mary did an amazing job on my nails. And Sarah is the best at lashes. I found my new nail salon home.
Worst experience I ever had they took $180 from me I got shellac nails for my pedicure and it’s only been 5 days I came in on a Saturday it’s already ...chipping, I also had to assist them on how to clean up the sides of my manicure as there was white paint all around it as I got French tips and they did them horribly I enjoyed coming to this place before but they just don’t put the effort in anymore and I felt very much discriminated as an African American they didn’t show me any type of respect when I told them I didn’t like the way my nails were as the girl who did my French tips messed up various times and had to redo it overall I will never come back here Almost $200 just wasted and this was for my birthday set smh, also just to add they never gave me a receipt and rushed me out the nail spa when I started to complain. I'm giving them a 2 stars cause the lady that did my nails rushed to do them and on top of it all she made me tip and I was willing to tip but she kep...t punching about the tip before she was done with my nails I will never go there again and she changed me 56 dollars for a very simple short set no design... I have been in this place a few times but will never be back..They are very poor bussiness ethinics for certain customers and race..I usually dont pay... too much mind but this time around it was directed towards me..Its said when the minorties as well as me being of color dont want to be mistreated as a human they turn right around and do it to another race..You should be ashamed manly when the community is fully minorities.Awful And as ur response show it dats a dame lie..Show proof right now no u had 6 works and all of them were in.the back.working on one person please another time u all got there late and as for u the.owner u are hardly there..Pls show the video other than that dont cover up the rascist antic pls..horrible Show more
