I had such a great experience getting my hair braided. I really dislike getting my hair braided but Ruffine made my experience less intolerable. She w...as fast, communicative when I had to get my hair from the beauty supple store and was on time! I also was worried about my color looking right on my skin complexion and she was patient with me the entire time before me actually coming in for my appointment! I will definitely be back and she will be the only one braiding my hair! Thanks Ruffine , Terrific job!! Show more

I saw Charolette for the first time 2 weeks ago and she did a good job on my hair. First of all, the space feels very warm and welcoming, along with t...he ladies working there. I can’t tell you how many places I’ve been that has not felt that way however, this is business is run by a family of women which I love. They are kind, warm, and very professional, and make you feel welcome the moment you come in. There was a bit of a snafu with my hair, so I did have to come back, and Charlotte immediately retouched some parts I wanted done differently.
