That's not the experience I had at all. I brought Emmy some pictures & she listened to what I wanted. I loved how Emmy cut my thick, wild, kinky hair ...and gave me some style. She did the cut wet and refined it after she did the blowout. She did a beautiful job. Not sure why you wouldn't reach out to her directly before you dragged her through the mud. Very suspect to me... competition??? Bottom line - don't let one bad apple spoil the barrel. Show more

Miss Rodriguez was very nice. but when it comes down to cutting my hair, I am devastated! I went in for a simple trim, I just needed my dead ends cut.... It’s the holiday season and my normal hairstylist was booked. I’ve watched reviews on her for months. Everyone that posted a review made me feel confident in her ability to cut my hair. When I left the shop, my hair was wet so I really couldn’t tell how bad it was. As soon as I walked in my door, I could see nothing but horror. I ended up calling my original hairstylist, begging and pleading for her to somehow fit me in. In the end, she destroyed my hair and I lost over 8 inches. Show more

Good morning Mrs Jenn Im so sorry to hear this about you. You didn’t came just for a trim because you ask me for a lot of layers and cut all the bad ends but is ok. I can see already that you don't know what you really want. Next time I recommend you to bring a picture before anything. I ask you before you leave my shop if you like it and youe said yes and give me a tip. I don't know what your real intentions are. But you are the only person bringing me all this negativity to my business. Plus you went to another salon and took those pictures and posted in my reviews showing what? I don't really understand but I wish you the best!

Very pleased again with my 2nd gel manicure with Jaimie. Emmy did a fantastic job shampooing, cutting & styling my thick, unruly hair. She looked at... my dream pictures & listened to my hairdo wishes...I still want a ponytail & low maintenance, but I wanted a style. She gave me a really nice cut with sift bangs & nice long layers to frame my face. I would definitely recommend both Jaimie & Emmy. Show more
