This disgruntled client was rushing me to get him in the chair on his time. This gentleman is the only customer I've ever had who wasn't ready when I've called to pulled up. I called my next appointment because I would be done by the time he showed. He shows up, and claims he needs to get food because he has somewhere to be very shortly. My schedule is constantly booked at AIT, and I have to move quickly and efficiently to get all my appointments done in a timely manner. This situation is a one off and not indicative of my customer service as a whole, as 20+ reviews can vouch for my expertise and experience. I charge a cheap rate because Im doing a service for the community, I don't do this for my own self gain.
