Not very welcoming - never knew the guy's name that did my manicure. I expressed displeasure how the nails weren't filed completely on my left hand a...nd that was never addressed. Nails are chipping less than 24 hours from leaving and when I was ready to pay, it seemed like it was a bother for someone to check me out. The guy had been dozing in one of the spa chairs. Doubtful I will be back. Very disappointing! Show more

Personally I dislike hate going to new places.. I walked in was greeted right away. I was asked nicely to sign in and that I just had to wait a a few... minutes for my appointment. I had an appointment at 10:45 AM. I left an hour later exactly. The service alone was amazing! The gentleman that did my nails was a very nice man. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he nailed it! I will definitely be going back there! Show more

I recently visited this nail salon and was impressed by several aspects of my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome f...rom the moment I walked in. The salon atmosphere was calm and quiet, providing a peaceful escape – exactly what I look for when treating myself to some self-care. My pedicure was wonderful; the technician was dedicated and meticulous, leaving my feet feeling refreshed and looking fabulous. However, there were a few issues that affected my overall experience. To remove my dip powder manicure, my hands were soaked in bowls of acetone, which wasn’t very comfortable. It also distracted me from fully relaxing during my pedicure, as I had to keep my focus on removing the dip instead of unwinding. When it came time for my dip manicure, the gel was layered over the dip, resulting in an uneven finish that didn’t quite meet my expectations. Overall, this salon has many positives – friendly staff, a serene environment, and excellent pedicures – but a few aspects of my visit could be improved for a truly relaxing experience. Show more
