Jessica is so patient, gentle, and understanding, which makes the whole process much smoother. The braids always turn out neat and beautiful, exactly as we imagined, and they last a long time. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was my 3 year old daughter’s first time getting her hair braided. She can be very difficult to deal with. ...We didn’t even think it was possible for her to sit in a chair to get braids. Jess made her feel comfortable. We just wanted something simple and fast. Jess went above and beyond. We love the hair and she made our daughter feel relaxed. Show more

She did a great job despite my daughter not wanting to keep still. She took a 2 hours and that’s kind of long for a 3 year old to sit still. It typica...lly takes about an hour for a simply braid style with hair added but Jessica was more intricate make my a heart. The location has terrible parking so leave lots of time to search for a spot. I tried to rebook with her but she cancelled my appointment so I won’t be back. Show more

My daughter hat...es getting her hair done and can get a bit dramatic. Not only that , but when I brought her in, her hair very tangled!
