I am actually so impressed with the work Empirianails does. Iris is a delight, honestly. I booked a regular mani-pedi because I don't particularly lik...e what gel does to my nails. I also always end up getting a ton of nicks and cuts when I get my nails done, to the point where I don't even feel it after a while. I explained this to Iris, and she made sure to be very precise and gentle when giving me my service. No bleeding this time, for that alone, I'd come back. Aside from that, she was very informative about other services she does, how long the manicures should last in case I'm interested in one for the future. She realized I was listening to my audiobook and just let me relax and enjoy it in peace without feeling the need to fill the silence with boring small talk (which we all know is THE WORST when youre trying to relax). I will most definitely be coming back again. I got a top-notch mani-pedi that looks good, didn't hurt, and allowed me to really enjoy and destress for a while. Show more
