Hello Amir, The photos you shared do not accurately reflect how your hair looked when you left my chair. When you arrived, your locs were severely matted, uneven, and your scalp was dirty. Despite the condition of your hair, I still provided a retwist with neat parts, which I have video evidence of from the day of your appointment on the 12th. It’s also important to note that the photos in your review were posted on the 26th—two weeks after your appointment. Given the prior damage and overall condition of your locs, combined with what appears to be a lack of proper maintenance after your retwist, it’s not fair to attribute the results you’re seeing to my work. If you felt there was a problem with the service, it would have been more appropriate to bring it up at the time of the appointment. You chose to pay without any complaint, which indicated satisfaction in the moment. You are the only client who has expressed this type of concern, which is very telling. I’m asking that you remove or revise the review so we can have a fair and honest conversation about your concerns.
