Lashes Brow Lamination

UPDATE: after contacting Eden , I asked if I could at least get 20$ tip refund to buy some glue and lashes myself to fix it before. She agreed, but th...en said she was busy with a client which I understood. 4 hours passed and I still did not get anything refunded so I texted her to ask for an update & no response. I get that she might be busy with clients, but at the same time, during my appointment she was texting with her other clients & boyfriend. So I'm not sure why it is different with me. I also sent her a picture of how my lashes kept falling when I was at the parking lot ( I will attach new picture here) needless to say, that's why I brought my review down to 1. Her other page doesn't allow reviews which is kind of strange. --------------------------------- I was waiting to leave a review based on the response I received. Eden was very nice and easy going. I was very happy with my lashes but then was a little surprised with how my eyebrows turned out. The before and after pictures she uses to promote her brow lamination service show shaping and clean up, which I assume would be included. Unfortunately, they were not. I felt like she started rushing the last part of my service because she had another client waiting. My brows looked like uneven bushy caterpillars with uneven brown stains. I wanted to cry, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went straight home to cleaned them up myself with tweezers. I feel like they turned out fine after that, but I wish I would have taken a picture to show you how they looked before I fixed them. Fast forward, the lashes started falling off in less than 12 hours after service even though I followed all instructions and did not wet them, rub them, nor showered.I messaged her and sent her images and it took her hours to reply just to tell me she was out of town. But she did not offer any solution or advise as I asked. This was my first time ever getting lashes done, and now I have uneven lashes for my trip and want to cry my eyes out. Show more

I am currently on vacation in California so yes, I was late to respond as this is a personal vacation. I told you I was leaving as well. Under the influence, it may have fallen off on accident as you left happy with the services of brows and lashes. I have clients in CA, NYC, TX and UT to help so again I apologize for not responding in 1 minute. You left happy. You paid and what you do on your own time is all you. Apologies again.
