I recently took my 5-year-old to Jadon Williams, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The barber gave my child a very patchy haircut, ...which was far from acceptable. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the unevenness, the barber claimed my son was already like that when we came in. This is simply not true. I clearly asked to keep the top longer. To be fair, I waited three days after this terrible cut before writing this review, hoping the situation might look better with time. Unfortunately, it has not. The lack of professionalism and skill was evident, and the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this barber to anyone, especially for children's haircuts. Save yourself the trouble and find a more competent and honest barber elsewhere. Reply to the barber: Thank you for your response and willingness to improve. I understand that you may be a new barber and need more experience, but that should have been communicated upfront. My child was not there to be practiced on, and there were no apologies at the time of the visit. I appreciate your apology now and hope this feedback helps you enhance your skills and client communication in the future. Show more
