Very disappointed. I booked appointments for 10:40am. We arrived at 10:30am but no one was at the front desk. We saw one person in the back getting a ...treatment but no one else was there to greet us. At 10:42 my specialist arrived. She greeted us and said she was working with me but my friends specialist still had not arrived. I then just kindly said to the lady we have been here since 10:30am but there was no one to check in with, just so she knew we were not late. To which her response was well your appointment was at 1040 so we start at your appointment time. Mind you at this point it was 1045. South I asked her who was working with my friend and she said I am not sure but we have family’s you know and this weather. Now look, I understand we all have family’s and a few minutes late isn’t a big deal but to be rude, brass and defensive rather than kind and apologetic for running late definitely caught me off guard. The treatment was just ok and since I was really agitated by the initial interaction it was hard to enjoy anything after that. My friend and I will definitely not be going back and do not recommend. The atmosphere was nice and the calming music was great. My technician unfortunately had hands that had a very strong garlic odor, which I did not enj...oy at all. I noticed it the whole time, especially during the facial massage. I also think a rolled towel or bath pillow would be nice, as my neck feels sore today from the position I was in, and the hard surface under my head was uncomfortable. Lastly, a fresh sheet under the blanket would be preferred, for sanitary reasons, as well as sanitizing the scalp camera between uses. I was there with my mom, and they went from her scalp to mine without cleaning the instrument. Show more
