The appoi...ntment process is very easy and user friendly, she also communicates with you throughout out your booking process if needed. She is so polite and professional and that made my nerves easier going to a new place; as we all know going somewhere new can be hit or miss. Well I must say she was a hit!! I absolutely loved my lashes, I had no eye burning or irritation. She had great conversation and made me feel very comfortable.
