Had a 345 appointment with Shay. Was not called back until 530 Shay left and had to wait for someone else to cut hair. Day before I had 3:00 apt and S...hay was not there. Waited 15 mins for her to arrive. Hair cuts are amazing but the organization of appointments needs to be handled better. Show more

Won’t go back!! This is Ethan mama!! Very disappointing when we got there we showed up at 1210 for Ethan appt at 1215, didn’t even kno which hairstyli...st was Angie no one greeted us we wrote my son name on the chipboard at the table at the door to sign in!! A man came in w/food to give to hairstylist and she was like oh u next in my chair!! Me and Ethan sit there until 1240 and then the owner was like oh Angie u have a 1215 appt and Ethan is next in your chair, she acted like she didn’t like tht, which in my opinion she should already know tht she had a appts and she should have my son in the chair beforehand!! Ethan gets in the chair and he tells her Wht cut he wants and showed her a pic and she didnt listen Ethan hair was shoulder length and she messed his hair up, he told her to stop cutting it and she just laughed and kept cutting!! My son is having to go to school on Aug 1 w/a hair cut he doesn’t like!! And also there is no way.guys should be coming to this hair salon b/c half the hairstylistsflirts w/the guy customers like come on have respect for yourself and for them if they r in a relationship!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 My son won’t be back at this barbershop!!
