I ended up pulling my hair out that night because of the cheap dollar store hair that was used. The style looked NOTHING like the pic I showed, and as... soon as I touched it, hair was falling out in my hand. You can see from the pics the matted mess less than an hour from it being done, my natural hair pulled back (I do have hair) and the pic that I brought in. Between the wasted 8 hours, the dollar store hair (should have been human curls), the 100 degree temp in the room and the expensive cost $220- I should have just kept my wig! Smdh The good news is I found someone that can replicate a photo and use quality human hair. You crocheted 2 single strands in the back- nothing to do with the matted mop! Show more

Thank you for letting me know Carene, but remember you didn’t have a lot of hair, I tried my best to hold it and cover it. The hair couldn’td look exactly like in the picture because the woman in that picture has a lot of hair. Before you to leave the shop I asked you if you like you said yes, and I make sure, your hair wasn't falling down. Please send me the picture of the curl that felt down. Remember you told me to crochet the curl hair to hide the space you had on your hair, that’s not my fault but your hair. If you want we can find solution. You can come to the salon and see what what we should fix thank you.
