Acrylic Full Set

This is the second time I haven’t loved my service here. I’m never going back there again. A few weeks ago, I visited the salon for dip nails, and d...uring my appointment, I expressed my concern about the uneven shape of my nails. Terry, my nail technician, responded by explaining that there was a reason I was seated in the customer chair while he was in the technician's seat. I swallowed my discomfort, paid for the service, and left. Fast forward to last Saturday, I decided to give Lux another chance. He assessed my nail bed and noted that my nails were thin. He offered me a Gel-X service instead of the acrylic I had originally booked and I declined. When I mentioned that I had received a dip service a few weeks prior, he acknowledged he seemed to be in disbelief. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my nails once again. They were crooked, and as they grow out, it has only become more apparent. I can’t believe I spent so much money on this service. Thankfully, Saturday marked my last visit to this salon. Never again! Show more

I had appointment with two friends, a pedicure for them and nails for me. After about 30 mins they started on their pedicures. I waited another 40 min...s before they were finally ready to take me. As my friends were almost finished, I decided to leave without getting my nails done. I wasted over an hour of my day waiting with nothing to show for it. They were very busy, which is understandable, but they shouldn't have let me make an appointment when they were that busy. They did give me a $20 gift card for my time, but honestly, I don't know if I even want to go back there. As this is not the first time I've had to wait for an appointment there. Show more
