Alexis and Shade made my first salon experience in Rochester worth it!! I have A LOT of hair and Alexis took her time and was thorough throughout the ...process. I really appreciated the paper test, her asking Shade how much hair needed to be trimmed, and showing me the results of the paper test. Alexis had my hair super silky and I felt AND looked like a brand new person! Thankfully, Shade was able to trim my hair during my appointment (given the time constraint). She also bumped the ends so I could wrap it which I appreciate too. Both of these ladies did a fantastic job and I will be retuning again! Show more

I came in on my birthday and I was in a bit of a rush to get my hair done as soon as possible. I worked with Alexis, and she did medium knotless, wais...t length, and it came out perfect. It took a bit longer than I expected but it was definitely worth it. I appreciated how Alexis knew what I wanted and did her best to get it done with great customer service, kindness, and good skills. Show more
