I walked into the HIIT class confident that I'd tear through it, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The workout was both fun and challenging, it tes...ted my limits and showed me just how capable I was . The instructor, Houston, was incredible as well. He knew just when to give that extra push while also reminding us to go at our own pace to get the most out of each exercise. This class was a 10/10, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serious workout with great guidance! Show more

First workout class I ever took. The experience was awesome. We had fun and got a great workout at the same time while listening to some great music. ...The instructor is genuine, professional, respectful, and fun to be around.
