I had an extremely disappointing experience at this barbershop. I specifically requested a wavelength cut, and the barber immediately displayed unprof...essionalism and a dismissive attitude. When I showed him multiple reference photos of my previous cuts—images that clearly depicted the style I wanted—he just shrugged it off and acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. At one point, I mentioned that I wasn’t sure if the cut I had in the photos was a taper or a bald fade, and instead of guiding me or offering any professional input, he acted like I should know the exact technical details of every cut. Sure, I might not have known the exact terminology, but that’s why I came to him—a licensed barber—to help translate my vision into reality. He made me feel like I didn’t know what I was asking for, rather than offering support and expertise. When I finally told him I wanted the cut at a “wavelength,” he kept pressing me about what specific guard size I wanted. I told him “maybe a two,” and his response was just another dismissive shrug. You’re the professional—why not be proactive and figure it out, especially when I’ve given you clear visual references? Instead, he took a hands-off approach, like he didn’t want to be there at all. To make matters worse, when he started the cut, he went completely against the grain of my waves, cutting against the natural pattern and ruining my hairstyle entirely. Barbershop has nothing to do with your experience your lack staying consistent with one Barber is why you will continue to have issues with barbers your last haircut you hairline was pushed back and it had been a month and a half. You know you contradicted yourself in this review. You didn't know what you wanted ? You showed me a picture of your Face I said I can't see the haircut. I always ask a new client several times what guard size so we are both on the same page. You said you wanted a Taper Fade , I asked you if you want the Fade to connect or do you just want and the nape area and the neck. God Bless you and just because you have black hair doesn't mean you can't go against the grain. What do you think is being done when the haircut is being done 😂. I've cut plenty of course hair against the grain no everyone with course hair or wavy hair has to go with the Grain so since you know so much about being a Barber please go to School so you can come back and teach me young man .

The cut was great,but as a first time customer I wasn’t impressed with the introduction .Also I booked at 11am for 2pm.When it was time to pay.He said... there’s a 10$ fee for last minute appointments.So my total came to 60$.Last minute and there was a slot open?I was confused about the “last minute “. It was my first time here, took me some time to find the place. It is inside the building. He waited on the entrance to welcome me inside. Amazing hai...rcut, very deliberate and very gentle.
