I was very excited to have my appointment with Mina. I had been loyal to my hair lady for over 10 years but was needing change and did research, and w...as really impressed by Mina’s work in the photos. I scheduled over a month in advance and requested the day off work. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early. It was 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and Mina hadn’t shown up yet and I hadn’t heard anything. I finally got a text advising she wasn’t able to make it due to childcare. I was bummed but understanding as I am a Mom myself. She was nice enough to fit me in the next day. I showed up on time for the new appointment. I waited over 35 minutes past that new scheduled appointment until she was ready to start on my hair as she was doing another cut. Regardless I was excited to get my hair done. It took Mina about 4 hours to color my hair. The back of the hair turned out beautiful. However when I got home, I realized that the front “money piece” wasn’t colored correctly. I sent her a text with photos and asked if there was something I could do to fix. She responded with I would need to go back in for a re foil as the hair didn’t lift like the other hair. I told her thanks and asked when she could fit me in. I didn’t get a response back so followed up the next day. We are 5 days out and still never got a response back. I understand she doesn’t have to do refoil out of courtesy, but she could have at least responded. I am very understanding and know people are busy but for paying over $400 I would have expected better service and response. To add: In response to her response, I did not receive any haircut. She offered it only to suggest since I was getting married the layers wouldn’t be good for styling. Which I agreed but appreciated the offer! Show more
