The place is cute and clean but the tech was a little harsh with my cucticles. I have a cut on my right hand ring finger on the side where she dug in ...too deep between the nail and skin that is now swollen and tender. On my left hand middle I also have a small lesion where an electric nail file was used to push back the cuticle but left an abrasion. Show more

Such poor service, came here with high expectations and got scammed ! Was advertised for facial, they did not have a licensed professional or necessar...y equipment’s for a facial. Hello Madhuri, At Ostenta, we prioritize quality and excellence in our service from the moment you enter the salon until the moment you leave. You were warmly welcomed by the salon owner, who, along with the professional, advised you on the "Deep Facial Treatment" service you wanted to receive, taking advantage of our 50% Grand Opening promotion. During the consultation, our professional facial technician, based on her experience, mutually agreed with you that it was not advisable to proceed with the extraction treatment due to your sensitive skin. Recognizing this sensitivity, we offered you the "Express Facial" service, which you willingly accepted. Upon completion of the service, you vehemently and maliciously suggested not paying for the service without any valid reason. This behavior indicates an intent to receive services without payment, which is unacceptable. Additionally, your discriminatory comments towards our staff for their native Spanish speaking are entirely inappropriate.
