I came in for a fill and pedicure Austin did my pedicure went above and beyond, very sweet lady. It made me to feel so comfortable. I will be coming b...ack again. I also got a wonderful fill by the shop owner with the new pearl polish .This will be my new home nail salon. I was going to the domain getting ripped off, but they do better work for half the price. Do yourself a favor and go see them and Austin at Luv’s nails& spa. Show more

This was my first and last time going here. I got a dip, and the lady doing my nails nicked my cuticle beds on 4 different fingers. Because of the col...or I got, I couldn't tell how badly she nicked them until I had to wash my hands. And that was just with water. It's now Monday and they still burn when I wash them with hand soap. I got them done on Saturday. I have to put triple antibiotic on the nails just to calm the burning down. The nail tech was not concerned at all when I mentioned to her my fingers hurt. She said it was because she used a drill on the nailbeds. Show more

[update: down to one star because i'm in pain! my fingers are aching from the cuticle damage two days later, and the french tips are already chipping ...off] lots of people complaining about cuticle damage and i have to agree. been here twice and the nails come out good but my cuticles are totally jacked up and bloody. i have 4 bandaids on right now. decent pedicures. kind of expensive for what it is Show more

I went here to get a mani-pedi for Valentine’s Day. The services were expensive $130 total and while I did get gel and French tips, I didn’t do fake n...ails. I don’t mind paying more for a good service though. I didn’t look at my nails super closely until I got out to the car. They looked horrible and rushed. I asked for dainty hearts in the corner of the nail and I got big hearts, centered and also not equal to each other. The gel had so many bubbles in it that I’d asked them to fix and they didn’t. The gel was running off my nail bed and onto my finger on two separate fingers. The French tips weren’t even. I had white finger nail polish in several places on my fingers. I called and asked if they’d do a partial refund and they said to send pictures of my nails to this phone number. I did-no response. I called the next day and they asked if they could return my call-they never called back. I’ve called them back twice more and they just haven’t answered. Show more

Jenny and John take the best care of me!! I am super hard on my nails but they know exactly what to do so I won't break them! They have beverages and ...comfortable seating so you are relaxed during all of your services!!! Also a shoutout to the fun selection of pedicures. I always enjoy the fresh orange pedicure!! I was way over due for a pedicure and they were nice enough to judge me a little bit, because I needed the pedicure immensely. I called two other plac...es to see the difference in rates and services, they have a better rate and higher quality of service. Some salons when installing acrylics won’t shape underneath the nail and that is a huge sign of a bad nail salon. Also changes in pricing attributes to whether or not it’s a good nail salon. I asked the price and they told me exactly what it was and that was exactly what I paid. Show more
