I only hope this helps you in moving forward. First thanks for the text in confirming appt. I said I would arrive at 10:10. U said let’s make it for ...10:30 which was good. But then you didn’t arrive until 10:45. I needed a full set as booked. It took you 4 hours and 30 minutes to do a full set. UNACCEPTABLE. I asked for the MEDIUM length, the same as your natural nails. These are NOT medium length. I got the bubble design on one hand BUT NOT the other. I asked if you would have time to do my pedicure because I had to be somewhere at 3:45. You said sure. It was 3:15 when you started my “PEDICURE” in which I booked FULL SET OF ACRYLIC ON ALL TOES WITH SIMPLE NAIL ART ON 10 NAILS. I only received acrylic on BIG TOES AND NO NAIL ART AT ALL. And I only had my right foot scrubbed my left foot was only soaked. No bubbling water. No massage of the legs no hot wrap just soap and a scraper. You charged me 160 dollars and I was outta there at at 4:10 but needed to be at my other appt at 3:45. You are nice but I definitely won’t be back Good luck to you. . YOU OVERCHARGED AND DID NOT DO WHAT I BOOKED TO BE DONE Show more
