Although my browser was very kind and did exactly what I asked, my braids unraveled in the back and along my edges within less than a week. That’s not... normal if you braid tightly and use a decent amount of braiding gel. When I sent photos of my hair and asked if she could fix it she declined. After spending over $200, that’s the least someone could do; especially if it’s been a few days. I wasn’t asking for a complete do over, just fix what’s messed up. Very disappointing. I won’t be returning. Show more
