I normally have excellent service from here. Due to an appointment getting cancelled, I reschedule with someone else. As far as basic trimming needs, ...everything was fine. When it came to an undercut, not so well. It is completely messed up. The side I felt was correct for the blade length when I was asked how did it feel, but when I had someone else check after leaving the salon it was bad. I now have to have someone fix it. There are spots thinner like bald spots other spots are long. Sides were not even when pulling my hair up. Show more
