Not sure if this is a scammer or not but I do not recommend. I booked for same day appointment. I assuming it was the stylist, texted me and told me S...he was getting off a flight and could do my hair the next day. She later sent another message requesting a $50 deposit. I politely declined and explained that I was not comfortable with paying $50 deposit after being canceled on. I explained that I understood that all stylists nowadays require a deposit after she explained to me had she not canceled that she would have still required a deposit. I was baffled that, why have your books open if you know you're not in town. Also, I explained that I would pay her the deposit once I sit in her chair before she starts my hair. She declined my counter offer. I will make sure I don't come across her page again. BE AWARE!!! May be a scammer!! If not scammer, most definitely piss poor customer service. Why have rules if you don't adhere to them yourself. I went to the Africans and did not have to pay for a deposit and the braids are e beautiful! Show more

My apologies for your frustration, you agreed to the next day appointment. Everyone who books is required a deposit to secure their appointment, hope you can find a stylist who can accommodate your needs with no deposit, thank you!
