I started my loc journey just over a month ago. I've gone to two other ppl before finding Brittany, and neither of the experiences could match the one... I had with Brittany. Not only was she very knowledgeable about what she was doing and took the time to teach along the way, but she was very open about letting you know who she is and where she came from. When I arrived, she started on my hair right away. I did not have to wait until she finished with someone else. She made me feel more comfortable about the process, and the finished product was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be going back, and I will be bringing my kids with me.
