The reason I’m leaving a 1 star for the review is because I was mislead in believing I was going to receive permanent loc extensions. I brought in eve...rything required of me for the appointment. 70 Loc extensions and the 3 bags of bulk hair. I arrived at the location at 10am - and the service was completed at 6:30 pm. Jasmine was nice and professional and I will compliment on her skills on that but as far as being able to do permanent locs I would have to disagree. I paid a $ 100 deposit and the remaining $400 dollars. The second day of having the locs my hair was out of the loc. In the process of contacting her with a photo to show her what had occurred. She did respond and let me know she would be able to fix the issue. I then started looking at the rest of the locs and noticed she wrapped my natural hair around the loc as if I was getting faux locs. I did ask her why my hair was wrapped around the locs and she stated she was trying a new method. I wasn’t given the option to try this new method. I wanted my hair to be crocheted into the loc extensions. The correct way of the service. I allowed jasmine to attempt to fix my issue . I was exhausted and feed up. The correction is more worst! I will provide pictures! Now I have to find a certified loctian to correct this error and pay more money out of pocket. If you don’t know how to do a service just don’t do it! You took advantage of the situation and robbed me out of my money and experience! I also wanted 70 locs and only received 44 locs for this service. This has been a nightmare and disappointment! The pictures on the profile for loc extensions are fraudulent because looking at the images my hair looks nothing like this at all!!!!! Smh Show more

Jasmine has taught me quite a bit about proper hair care, and I have been around a while. She will be assisting me to grow my hair with her own developed hair oil and transitioning me to a healthy natural style!!! She has done my hair as I asked and expected. Her experience shows. She is a licensed cosmtologist and knows her craft. Next, I'll be getting my eyelashes extensions and my brows done (microblade). I gladly recommend her, and she has a forever customer. Show more
