Our first impression was not great. Scheduled an appointment which was confirmed through Booksy to arrive to find the shop was closed and locked…same... thing happened for what was supposed to be our rescheduled time. Unfortunately, we will not be trying again. Communication was not great regardless of personal issues you still need to keep clients updated and appointments times & availability up to date. If you have hours listed online and won’t be there social media makes it so easy to make post to update potential clients. Show more

Ok once again I am terribly Sorry it was a simple mistake I had a ultra sound exam done on my bladder and I was stuck in the hospital also I forgot to block off time on my schedule, I just downloaded this booking app. And I’m still getting use it so again I apologize. I texted you and also spoke with you on the phone stating that if you were able to come back, I will give your child a haircut without any cost. You said you would get back to me but never did so. I tried to make it right the best I could I’m sorry you’re disappointed and felt  you would have to give me a bad review, but I would’ve been upset too. If I were you the offer is still on the table if you ever like to follow through again I’m very sorry and hopefully I can make it right. Thank you. Have a good day!.
