We had a misunderstanding about the service. On my part, I didn’t know which option to book, so I left a comment when I made the reservation. I also m...entioned what I wanted before the service, and she acknowledged it, but in the end, she didn’t do it because I had booked fewer hours. In my comment, I mentioned that I could come earlier if the time wasn’t enough. Anyway, it turned out well. I liked the service, and she was nice. However, it took me 40 minutes just to figure out how to pay because she doesn’t accept credit cards, and I don’t carry a debit card nor cash. It was such a hassle, and I ended up being late to my next appointment. I wish she had informed me beforehand to bring a debit card or cash. I even offered to write a check and deposit it while I was there, but she refused (that’s how I pay my nail lady). Interestingly, my lash lady is able to process credit card payments through Booksy, so I’m not sure why she didn’t know about that option. Anyway, I’ve already messaged her about it. I’ll just bring cash next time. :) Show more
