I love going here. It’s not just a place to get your hair, lashes, or braids done. It’s a shop full of dedicated women to their craft that whip your h...air into place and have a great time while doing it. I love that I found Leanna’s! Reached out hours prior to appointment to see if I could reschedule, informed her my schedule was tight. I arrived 5 minutes early and she was over 15... minutes late and tried to charge for consult. Just moved to Cali, not a very good experience at all. Show more
I was somewhat happy with the way my hair turned out, but very unhappy with my experience here. One of the stylists were making comments about trans p...eople, which made me uncomfortable. Although I am not trans, I’m a part of the LGBTQ+, actively advocating for us so that was very disappointing. I booked for a silk press to be done with a flat iron and an assortment of hot tools were used on my hair and my silk press was really flat. (I get silk presses and colors or anything else you can name 3-4 times a year so i know what my hair is capable of. If you’re a mom or your hair appointments are a time of relaxation, i suggest not coming here because it is constant commotion and people coming in and out. And if you do come make sure before your appointment you specify you would not like to be recorded Show more

Hello Trinity, it’s unfortunate that you did not enjoy your experience here. I am an old school stylist who uses an actual pressing comb to do a silk press. We are a salon in a urban area and sometimes “shop talk” can be hard to control and monitor . Two of our stylist are a part of the LGBTQ+ community and we never meant to harm or say anything in disrespect to trans or anyone else. I appreciate your feedback and will use this as an opportunity for us to grow! Thank you again for your feedback.
Got a silk press and trim . Loved that stylist wasn't scissor happy and took what was needed. I will definitely be back
