April gives the BEST pedicure and uses good high quality products. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. She also does my hair. Again, she takes... her time to listen to what you want and she delivers! I always get compliments for weeks on my hair after she does it! Thanks April Show more
Called Friday and was lucky enough to get an appt with April next day! She did a fabulous job!! I had resigned myself to the fact that I'd be waiting ...probably another year for a deep red brown to grow out of my hair, even with reg haircuts. But April listened to what I would like my hair to look like in a perfect world, took her time, and made it happen with a refreshed root color, and managed to give me my ashy blonde highlights back! April is an amazing nail tech. After I started coming to her I couldn't go anywhere else. She genuinely cares what you want to have done and wants to ...make sure you enjoy the experience. Her artistic capabilities are beyond amazing, so I always come away with a stellar set of nails. First Mani-Pedi in 18 months. I called in, spoke to April, and made appointment. She was patient, caring, gentle. She uses great products and I left ...with the prettiest, cared for hands and feet. Get April - it'll make your day! I am booking a standing appt. Woot!! Show more
I was very disappointed in this salon. I went a week before my planned vacation to Spain and my hair got absolutely destroyed. I had wonderful beautif...ul grown out balayage and asked for partial highlights on top of it and instead received patchy areas of blonde and orange/brassy base added in when I specifically wanted the highlights on top of my natural brown base. When this mistake was caught, I was offered to come back in and when I came, apparently the fix would have taken a full day which she didn't have and would have to pay more (what?!). She didn't offer to fix it again or give me back a portion of my money. I do have to say I was impressed with the way April went through the entire process with me and guided me throughout it, but unfortunately it did not come out right and the professionalism wasn't extended afterwards. I had to go to another salon right after to get it fixed before my vacation and had to pay full price which was absolutely worth it as she did a fantastic job fixing the mess on short notice before my vacation. I've been getting highlights for 13 years and have never had to go through this before, my hair was always fixed to my liking if any mistakes were made. I was lucky enough to get in with April. I called and explained my hair crisis. She told me to come in and she would try her best to help before we h...ad to chop anything off. She took her time and offered suggestions to help get the length back sooner. She was kind and made this horrible hair situation 1000 times better. I left feeling good knowing I had some length to work with. If you are looking for a great place this is it! PS: I had many uneven layers so to keep the length I didn't want a straight even cut. I am happy with what we could save! Show more

I am so in LOVE with my nails!! I scheduled to get a manicure and pedicure done by April, and she got started right away. She takes her time and is VE...RY THOROUGH. She cleaned them up, was gentle, uses ONLY SAFE products (meaning no acetone - thank you, April), and was so pleasant. I felt like I was getting my nails done by a friend, even though this was my first time at the salon! My cuticles look great. The color is perfectly even. My nails were shaped expertly. I've had problems in the past where a nail technician has caused me so much pain. Not April! ALSO, she hand makes her foot scrubs. I received the orange almond scrub that she makes from the orange blossoms here in Redlands. THIS IS MY NEW SALON. Thank you so much April! See you again soon! Show more

I visited this salon to get my nails and Pedicure done by April! Probably one of the BEST sets I've had in a while. April does NOT soak your nails in ...acetone, which I really appreciate. There are so many nail shops to choose from, but I'm glad I found April! Show more

I inquired about an appointment yesterday and quickly heard back from April. She told me she would check with her stylists and get back to me. Shortly... after, Veronica reached out to me and was able to schedule me a same day appointment! I ended up getting a haircut and balayage style and I am IN LOVE. Veronica was amazing. She was so patient, kind, friendly, and most importantly TALENTED!! I am so happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back to lighten up for summer! Recommend x1000! Show more

I can not even begin to say how happy I am with my gorgeous nails! April was so amazing, she took her time and made sure every nail was perfect. This ...was my first time getting acrylic nail forms and I could not be more impressed with the end result. One of my nails literally was down to the skin so she didn't have much to work with but it still came out beautiful. I was initially worried that the nail would be too thick but the time she took to clean them Up and shape them made such a difference. l think the best was that April was truly concerned with what I wanted and did not try to pressure me into keeping them long or shaping them a certain way. This is a breath of fresh air! Most nail salons make you feel like it's a waste oF their time when you want them shortened. The cleanliness and organization of the shop was also above expectations. Kaos salon exceeded my expectations and are life savers! My daughter went to a different salon in Redlands and they ruined her hair and did not do wha...t we asked for at all. With not much time to fix it before she has to wear it out in public we contacted April (the owner of Kaos salon). Understanding our urgency of a bad dye job from a different salon she was able to ask Staci (one of her stylists) to help us out and fit us in ASAP. Staci took time out of her busy schedule and found a sitter for her grandkids to come in and help us out. Kaos salon had their job cut out for them fixing the mess the other salon did. I was nervous to say the least, not knowing this salon and the bad experience we had at a different salon, I was a nervous wreck. Not only is everyone friendly and actually caring about your needs, but Staci helped get more to what we originally asked for (even with this disaster). I have posted before and after photos to show you how great of a job they did. Great job Koas Salon, April and Staci!!! We will be returning and make this our go to salon and will be telling our friends and family. We are forever greatful Show more

This is by far the best salon I have ever been too. The environment is so welcoming and puts you at ease. The ladies that work here are phenomenal! Ap...ril is an amazing nail tech and always makes my nail dreams real she always does amazing work and makes sure she helps you get your nail goals. I look forward to all of my nail appointments with her I went 3 weeks between appointments and I had a lot of nail growth, but my nails never chipped, broke or lifted and they looked amazing aside from the nail growth lol now I have stellar ready for Halloween nails. I honestly can't say enough good things about this salon. They have a customer for life!! Show more
I have been to Nails by April two times and on both appointments I was extremely happy with the results. The first time was a pedicure and manicure a...round end of June , 2019. The second time, which was 3 days ago, it was a pedicure. My husband had recently passed on, which April knew and at the appt , she was so kind to me and even had her Hair stylist give me a head massage and deep conditioning at no charge. I sat in the chair and just cried thinking of this woman's kindness towards me while I was hurting so much due to my husband's sudden death. She is meticulous in ensuring all instruments are clean, takes her time, and always offers you wine, or champagne to sip. I highly recommend her. Show more

( And I am super picky) I refuse to go to one o...f those "quicky" nail salons, so I was in the market for a true high quality pedicure and found it! Highly recommend April!
